Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery and Shift Management: Managing team performance to meet operational SLA's while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Operational Performance Management: Monitoring and improving the efficiency of operational processes to achieve consistency in achieving KPI's relating to safety, on-time performance, customer satisfaction, and financial deliverables.
  • Team Development and Coaching: Identifying and developing team members through training and coaching, fostering growth and improvement.
  • Resource Allocation and Staffing: Effectively managing resources and arranging replacement staff when needed to maintain optimal operational levels.

Requirements

  • Workforce Management Experience: Proven experience in managing workforces, with a customer-centric focus and strong communication skills.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs and deliver exceptional service experiences.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer software and systems, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Clear Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
