Duty Manager Opportunity

Lead a dynamic team in a bustling restaurant, function, and event center. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and contribute to functions, conferences, and events.

  • Efficient multitasking for restaurant operation, maintaining productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
  • Leadership, coaching, and support for a FOH team in a positive, encouraging manner.
  • Training and consistent evaluation of employee performance.
  • High standard of personal presentation and conduct.
  • Effective communication with managers, supervisors, department heads, colleagues, and customers.
  • Providing daily handover and commentary to management as requested.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Emergency warden duties and response to on-site first aid situations.
Requirements
  • A relevant diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in managing fast-paced restaurant/café/hotel with strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to work and support a team under pressure.
  • Experience in overseeing conferences and events with high attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
  • Excellent English and written skills.
  • Commitment to weekend work and public holidays within outer-limit guidelines.
