Job Title: Market Growth Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to spearhead the expansion of our Metocean service line into emerging markets, fostering strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

  • You will be responsible for identifying business development opportunities in offshore wind, infrastructure, ports & harbors, and government sectors.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to leverage business growth initiatives.
  • You will provide exceptional service to existing clients as we expand our presence in Brisbane and other locations.
  • You will need to travel regularly to meet with clients and potential partners.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Previous experience in Metocean services, oceanography, marine data, or offshore operations;
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Oceanography, Marine Science, Environmental Science, or a related field;
  • The ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in client relations, relationship management, and proposal development are highly beneficial;
  • The ability to travel frequently.
