About This Role:

We are seeking a marketing professional with passion and drive to lead our integrated campaigns. As a Marketing Manager (Digital and Paid), you will be responsible for generating demand, driving qualified pipeline, and accelerating revenue through multi-channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and scaling our multi-channel growth engine across paid and organic channels to fuel sales pipeline and elevate brand visibility.
  • Leading the demand generation team, overseeing execution across paid media, search, and social, while driving long-term growth through SEO, AI-SEO, content distribution, email nurture, and website optimisation.
  • Developing high-quality lead magnets and structured automated marketing funnels that attract, engage, and convert high-value accounts into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Delivering strong ROI through qualified pipeline generation by owning key digital marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Passion for strategy, data, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience in leading integrated campaigns and developing sustainable systems for reaching target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, search, and social.
  • Ability to develop high-quality lead magnets and automated marketing funnels.
