Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced position with varied responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive bookkeeping and administrative support to the Finance Manager and broader team. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial processes, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable, reconcile creditor accounts, and manage supplier payments.
  • End-to-end payroll processing and administration, including timesheet management, deductions, and reconciliation.
  • Update and maintain financial records and registers across accounting systems.
  • Assist with monthly and end-of-year financial reporting, coding, and general ledger entries.
  • Support banking processes, including receipt reconciliation and petty cash maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial administration, payroll processing, bookkeeping, or a similar accounts-based support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
