This is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing day-to-day activities, ensuring the smooth running of our business.

The Accounts and Office Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full spectrum of bookkeeping and office administration
  • Overseeing MYOB-based accounts, data entry, invoicing, PAYG and BAS preparation, superannuation and entitlement tracking, bank reconciliations, and accurate record-keeping
  • Coordinating scheduling, supporting job allocation, liaising with customers, and managing receivables

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in accounting and administration. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Proven MYOB or XERO skills and understanding of small business accounting
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
