  • Deliver engaging workshop experiences that educate and motivate clients to achieve their wellness goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by providing personalized coaching and support.
  • Drive client recruitment and retention through effective marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of WW products and services, and promote them to clients as appropriate.
  • Represent the company in the local community, fostering partnerships and building brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organizational skill.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications such as Microsoft Office.
