We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling stories that accelerate brand presence across social media, events, and creator collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Assist in driving our social marketing strategy by developing and executing content calendars and platform-specific stories.">
  3. Manage content creator partnerships and influencer campaigns to boost brand and product awareness.">
  4. Coordinate events to drive the company's presence at key motorsport events, ensuring brand impact and measurable ROI.">
  5. Support branded merchandise development and promotion to deepen fan loyalty and engagement.">
  6. Build and foster community collaboration and growth of community partnerships.">
  7. Cultivate an active online community through authentic engagement, user-generated content, and timely interaction.">
  8. Monitor content performance, reporting engagement and conversion metrics to sharpen future campaigns.">
  9. Ensure all communications reflect the company's brand voice and values.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field.">
  • Strong practical experience in automotive / motorsport marketing and / or content creation.">
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, Canva, Photoshop, Light-room, and social platforms.">
  • Excellent communication, storytelling flair, and relationship-building capabilities.">
  • Creative ambition, organised, adaptive, and thrives in fast-paced environments.">
