Job Title

We are seeking an Engagement Coordinator to drive excitement through social media, events, and creator collaborations, allowing us to shift into pole position with motorsport enthusiasts.

  • An ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving our social marketing strategy, managing content creator partnerships and influencer campaigns designed to authentically boost brand and product awareness and understanding.
  • The successful candidate will create engaging social content calendars and platform-specific stories, through Instagram reels, and captivating YouTube footage to stay on the latest trends in motorsport digital storytelling.
  • This role involves coordinating events to drive the presence at key motorsport events, ensuring impactful brand representation and measurable results.
  • The Engagement Coordinator will also support branded merchandise development and promotion to deepen fan loyalty and engagement, supporting partner marketing initiatives.
  • This individual will build and foster community collaboration and growth of community partnerships.
  • Cultivating an active online community through authentic engagement, user-generated content, and timely interaction is essential.
  • The successful candidate will monitor content performance, reporting engagement and conversion metrics to sharpen future campaigns.
  • All communications must reflect the company's brand voice and values.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong practical experience in automotive/motorsport marketing and/or content creation.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, with a proven track record of achieving branding success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, and social platforms.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling flair, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • A creative ambition that is organised, adaptive, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
