Drive Engagement: We are seeking a proactive individual to spearhead our social media strategy, fostering connections with motorsport enthusiasts and elevating brand awareness. This is a full-time opportunity based at our Clayton Headquarters.

Your Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing partnerships, and executing events to drive brand presence at key motorsport events. You will also develop and promote branded merchandise, cultivate online communities, and monitor performance metrics to refine future campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events to drive brand impact and measurable ROI.
  • Support the development and promotion of branded merchandise to deepen fan loyalty and engagement.
  • Bid on building and fostering community collaborations and growth of community partnerships.
  • Cultivate an active online community through authentic engagement, user-generated content, and timely interaction.
  • Monitor content performance, reporting engagement and conversion metrics to sharpen future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field or strong practical experience in automotive/motorsport marketing and/or content creation.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, MS Office, Canva, Photoshop, Light-room, and social platforms highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling flair, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Creative ambition organised, adaptive, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
