About Us

Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial, and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers and stakeholders, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies, partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers to attract top talent for key roles. You will design and implement innovative, proactive talent acquisition strategies that attract high-quality candidates across various channels, and collaborate with senior leaders to create compelling business cases for recruitment marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy that drives engagement and attracts top talent.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify key skill gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate internal teams on contemporary talent attraction strategies, tools, and sourcing techniques.
  • Proactively source and pipeline candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern tools.
  • Lead the recruitment process for select key roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring journey.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in sourcing, recruitment marketing, and talent strategy.
  • Expertise in leveraging social media, job boards, and contemporary sourcing techniques to build a strong, engaged talent pipeline.
  • Experience with proactive sourcing and pipelining, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other cutting-edge techniques.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver successful recruitment outcomes.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
