About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at Centurion, one of Australia's largest privately-owned transport and logistics companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage data entry for freight and linehaul management, assist with weekly report generation, and follow-up tasks.
  • To follow up on connote audit reports, complete relevant actions, and provide support for payroll administration teams.
  • To direct and engage with accounts payable and receivable administration, as well as provide training to the administration team as required.
  • To answer incoming phone calls, assist vendors and customers with queries and bookings, and handle customer service teams while communicating with customers regarding freight.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in a similar senior role with knowledge of freight processing and administration or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain industry is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as administrators often interact with various stakeholders.
  • Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations.
