Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of rail operations and procedures
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate PC literacy
  • High level commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and also unsupervised where required
  • Ability to follow instruction and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Current valid Track Awareness Certificate (highly desirable)
