We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Occupational Therapy team in a national capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team of 110+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division, providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing guidance and support to a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical strategy development.
  • Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training on complex cases.
  • Developing high-quality clinical services and assessments in complex cases.
  • Creating well-written reports and management plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies and interventions.

You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or office settings.
