Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapy Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

Your primary responsibility will be to support and guide a team of Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality clinical services and assessments. This will involve:

  • Providing day-to-day service delivery guidance and oversight.
  • Delivering training, induction, and supervision as needed.
  • Reviewing quality assurance reports and providing constructive feedback.
  • Participating in appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and coaching.
  • Developing comprehensive reports and management plans that incorporate innovative strategies and interventions.

You will have the opportunity to work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community settings, and our office locations.
