Occupational Therapy Team Leader

The Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next Team Leader to join a national team of 110+ Occupational Therapists. You will work with clients aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types, providing clinical services that promote personal growth and development.

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance
  • Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
  • Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training
  • Developing exceptionally well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful strategies and interventions

You will work across various environments, including family homes, day programs, schools, community settings, and offices.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • 3+ years' experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A vehicle and driver's license
  • A National Police Clearance and relevant Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
