Job Title:

Occupational Therapy Manager

As a seasoned Occupational Therapist, you will lead a team of professionals in delivering clinical services to clients with various diagnoses and disabilities.

  • Support and guide your team members in their day-to-day service delivery, providing expert advice and strategies for complex cases.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, ensuring high-quality clinical services and assessments are consistently delivered.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote exceptional care and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of Occupational Therapists in delivering clinical services to participants aged 0-65.
  2. Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, addressing complex cases and promoting best practice.
  3. Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure high-quality clinical services and assessments.
  4. Monitor and review quality assurance reports to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
  • A vehicle and driver's licence.
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one before commencement.
