Team Lead Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapy team is expanding and seeking a skilled Team Leader to join their national team of 110+ Occupational Therapists. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting clinicians to deliver high-quality clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases.
  • Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required.
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback.
  • Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training.
  • Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • 3+ years of experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred).
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
  • A vehicle and driver's license.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one before commencement.
