Occupational Therapy Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapy Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance. They will also deliver training, induction, and supervision as required, complete quality assurance report reviews and feedback, and attend appointments with Occupational Therapists.

This role involves working across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or offices. The Team Leader will have the opportunity to form close bonds with clients and celebrate their achievements.

A few key requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A vehicle and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
