We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to drive business growth and expansion in the IT recruitment industry. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and leveraging various tools to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings, online communications, and regular follow-ups.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and market research to generate high-quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage social media and other online channels for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure alignment and achieve a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within IT recruitment.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
