About the Role

Lead senior credit managers are sought to support quality decisioning on commercial / corporate debt transactions within health and diversified client portfolios.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team lead by a trust-based leader who values people.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide quality decisioning on commercial / corporate debt transactions up to circa $100m, with a sweet spot of $20m-30m, within health and diversified client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the team to support portfolio growth with quality loans.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • 5-7 years commercial credit decisioning experience with current personal credit approval limit of no less than $10m.
  • Hold either health specialist and/or diversified industries sector experience.
  • Strong decision making & influencing skills, sound financial analysis and loan structuring skills across the full bank commercial lending product range with strong working capital experience.
  • Tertiary qualified in a relative finance related degree.
