Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Credit Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

The Senior Commercial Credit Professional will play a key role in managing client relationships, internal and external staff, analysis, and debt management. This is a blend of multiple skills that require a strong commercial credit background with previous experience in accounts receivable/credit management.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • This professional will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with major client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Team Leadership:

  • The Senior Commercial Credit Professional will set goals and KPIs for the team, mentor and develop team members to ensure optimum performance.

  • Operational Direction:

  • They will provide hands-on management and operational direction to the credit team, overseeing reconciliations and producing monthly and year-end reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Collections:

  • This professional will discuss escalation of debt and referral and management of process with external parties.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:

  • A strong commercial credit background with previous experience in accounts receivable/credit management.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Excel and other computer skills.

  • Communication:

  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, internal divisions, and external customers.
