About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our hotel and drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute proactive promotional programs to drive revenue growth across all areas of the hotel, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Events.
  • Create, design, and coordinate all hotel collateral, including digital signage, menus, and special offers.
  • Manage our hotel's reputation on online platforms, including review sites and social media.
  • Lead and drive Food & Beverage marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain social media presence across all platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and influencers.
  • Manage our hotel's database, direct marketing activities, and e-marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
  • Relevant experience in a hotel environment is required.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and hours as required by the business.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
