About the Role:

Fyfe Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to drive our marketing initiatives and enhance our communication efforts.

The successful candidate will engage in various marketing and digital marketing activities that support our services in engineering, environmental planning, urban planning, and surveying.

This is a part-time opportunity, working 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production and publication of internal and external communications, including company announcements, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Compile and analyse campaign and social media reports.
  • Oversee the Marketing inbox and maintain the marketing event calendar.
  • Coordinate internal marketing collateral, business cards, merchandise, and resources.
  • Organise and implement internal networking events to foster collaboration.
  • Provide administrative marketing support to the team as needed.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications, with proven experience in a professional environment.

Experience in SharePoint, WordPress, and/or Campaign Monitor will be highly regarded.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Strong attention to detail and experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines are also required.

Excellent writing skills with the ability to develop and edit high-quality copy are necessary.

Demonstrated experience in managing and creating content for various engagement platforms is also required.

Proficiency in social media content management across channels such as LinkedIn is essential.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team is also required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is necessary.
