Lead People Strategy
Contour Education is reshaping education with a fearless leader to drive our People & Culture strategy. This leadership role will own key aspects of our People Ops function, including:
- Benchmarking performance metrics and building frameworks to keep leaders accountable.
- Streamlining processes and automating repetitive tasks using tools like Rippling.
- Talent acquisition systems experience, high-volume hiring, and strategic recruitment.
- Data literacy and workforce insights to inform real decisions.
This role offers a direct line to the Head of Experience, allowing you to shape our People & Culture strategy from the top table.
Requirements for SuccessTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of People & Culture/People Ops leadership experience, with proven experience scaling teams and systems.
- Strong performance management expertise, including frameworks, reviews, PIPs, and leader enablement.
- ER/IR and Fair Work knowledge, ensuring compliant and fair processes.
- Talent acquisition systems experience, including high-volume and strategic hiring.
- HRIS/automation capability and data literacy.
