Leading Change and Driving Cultural Transformation in Mental HealthOur organization seeks a highly skilled Change and Communication Manager to lead our efforts in implementing transformative change within our Mental Health and Wellbeing Program.
  • Implement the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health Services, focusing on consumer-centric care.
  • Develop and implement a change management methodology to support the Mental Health and Wellbeing Program's transformation.
  • Design and execute a communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring regular updates and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture Directorate to maximize employee adoption and drive cultural change within the program.
  • Provide expert advice on change management to critical reform projects and ensure effective implementation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources/Organisational Development/Communication or related field.
  • Change management certification in one or more tools/methodologies and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in human resource management, particularly in change management and project communications.
  • Proven track record in navigating challenging conversations, implementing change, and sustaining it over time.
  • Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide change management methodologies and managing large-scale projects.
