Job Title: Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness

This is a key leadership role that drives organizational excellence by cultivating a culture of engagement, innovation and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, implementing cultural transformation initiatives, and developing strategic plans to drive business outcomes.

We are looking for a senior leader who can partner with our executive team to develop and implement strategies that align with our business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in organizational development, change management, and human resources, with a deep understanding of the complexities of large-scale organizational transformations.

Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field with substantial organisational development experience.
  • Proven leadership in building and inspiring high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Experience in culture transformation, change management, and major organisational initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
