Job Opportunity: Disaster Recovery Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Disaster Recovery Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping clients recover from property damage caused by floods, fires, and other disasters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and report on damage using an iPad
  • Carry out restoration work, including water, fire, and mould remediation
  • Problem-solve on the job to ensure effective recovery

You will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility with hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • A current Australian driver's license

In addition, you will need to hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) and have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment.
