We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a Rehabilitation Consultant position.
Your passion for making a real difference in people's lives and providing excellent customer care will shine through in this role.
Main Responsibilities:- Undertake occupational rehabilitation assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans based on assessments relevant to your discipline.
- Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
- Identify barriers and design programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
- Empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals by understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
- Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy.
- Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA.
- A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Confidence working independently in the community.
- Driver's licence and vehicle required.
- Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance.
