Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting case management across the wider business, while managing a smaller client portfolio with full partnering scope.

The role involves hands-on involvement in shaping forward-looking projects. You will act as the subject matter expert for your business units, providing advice and guidance on people practices, policies, and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct case management across the wider business team
  • Manage employee and industrial relations matters within business units, driving outcomes and mitigating risk
  • Apply knowledge and expertise to create and implement initiatives to help embed values in everything we do

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated capability in conducting, coordinating, and reporting on complex case management matters, ideally using digital case-tracking systems and analytics
  • Proven experience conducting workplace mediation and/or facilitation
  • Tertiary qualifications at degree or diploma level majoring in human resources management or equivalent and/or experience in a similar role
