Role Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth by performing outreach activities, generating and converting leads, and providing exceptional customer service to our existing members. You will also have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life and inspire them to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Involvement in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
Requirements
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet member needs
  • Excellent communication skills to talk to anyone and inspire action
  • Drive and goal focus to excel in the role
  • Team player to rally through challenges and celebrate success
  • Customer-focused to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
