Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Caseload Contract Officer to join our team in Mackay. As a Caseload Contract Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients to achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in administrative responsibilities to meet contractual and legislative requirements, ensuring compliance with Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts.
  • Review program targets on a quarterly basis, maintaining knowledge of current DES guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and evidence for claims are submitted, maintaining records of mutual obligation requirements from clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated administration and systems reporting experience, with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build key partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, employers, and community organisations.
  • A valid C class driving license and Blue card, with NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (CPL can assist with the application process).
