CPL is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Caseload Contract Officer to join our team in Mackay. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain accurate documentation and records to meet contractual and legislative requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts and guidelines.
  • Monitor and review program targets on a quarterly basis to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain knowledge of current DES procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure evidence for claims is accurately documented and submitted.
  • Maintain evidence of mutual obligation requirements from clients.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Selection Criteria:
  • Demonstrated administration and systems reporting experience.
  • 'Can do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to consult, negotiate, and problem-solve.
  • Experience working with KPIs.
  • Ability to build key partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A valid C class driving license.
  • Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
