Job Summary:

As a Contracts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing contractors and ensuring compliance with the Contractor Management Framework (CMF). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in contractor management and work closely with a Contracts Specialist in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contractor Management: Generate reports, manage the iAuditor CMF system, and assist with contractor compliance.
  • Support to Contracts Specialist: Review vendor job cards, manage communication, and ensure smooth document control.
  • Organisation and Efficiency: Schedule and document key meetings, ensuring all parties are on the same page.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • MS Office Skills: Accuracy and a meticulous approach are essential.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You excel at building rapport and effective communication.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: You are comfortable working independently but also value collaboration.
  • Prioritisation and Organisation: You excel at managing competing demands and keeping things organised.

Bonus Points:
