WOMADelaide is seeking a skilled Event Logistics Manager to join our team in Adelaide, Australia.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The Event Logistics Manager will be responsible for coordinating all logistical aspects of the festival, including site planning, infrastructure installation, crew management, freight coordination, contractor liaison, venue liaison, and site administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate allocated site build and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate infrastructure installation and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage and supervise event staff and contractors.
  • Coordinate freight and manage inventory.
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Work closely with festival staff to deliver allocated scope of works.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event logistics or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD software and equipment operation.
