Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager">

The role of Strategic Partnerships Manager is a key position within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering partner/customer transformation aligned to strategic priorities and objectives.

This leader will play an active role in developing business cases, analyzing project goals, creating implementation plans, and driving the team to achieve those goals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.

The following are the key responsibilities of this role:

  1. Deliver revenue targets for assigned engagements
  2. Build and orchestrate partner-led GTM/Sales Plays to deliver pipeline and other input goals
  3. Develop Partner Capability including Competency and differentiated Solution development

A day in the life as a Strategic Partnerships Manager would involve working closely with partners to drive transformation and growth. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business recommendations.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 15+ years of professional experience with 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • Extensive partner management experience and/or GTM/Sales experience in Cloud industry
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
