Senior Business Partner

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Partner to join our organization. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with senior leaders to understand business strategies and translate them into targeted people initiatives that support business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. They should also possess at least 10 years of experience in an HRBP or strategic people advisory role within a complex, fast-paced organization, partnering with senior leaders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Business Partnership & Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business strategies and translate them into targeted people initiatives supporting business goals.
  • Systemic HR Solutions: Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement holistic programs in talent development, workforce planning, and culture change.
  • Organisation Design & Change: Lead restructuring, change management, and agility initiatives to enhance adaptability and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in an HRBP or strategic people advisory role.
  • Expertise in OD, change leadership, talent management, and data analytics.
  • Proven success in business partnering through transformation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and consulting skills.
  • Experience applying agile frameworks or human-centered design.
