We are seeking a Performance Marketer to lead and manage paid acquisition campaigns across our direct-to-consumer and wholesale digital channels. The ideal candidate will be a performance-driven marketer with a deep understanding of e-commerce, paid media strategy, and campaign optimisation.

This is a part-time position, working in office 3 days per week.

The role requires a strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads, as well as proficiency in Klaviyo and Shopify. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

The Performance Marketer will play a critical role in scaling our digital revenue, delivering positive ROAS, and acquiring new customers efficiently.

  • Paid Media Management: Lead and manage paid acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads, focusing on driving conversions and customer acquisition across both our Retail and Salon-Direct websites.">
  • Performance Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to optimise digital & media spend, ensuring strong ROAS and scalable growth.">
  • Creative Input: Work closely with the social media production and UX teams to influence performance-driven creative strategy and campaign direction.">
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Oversee and integrate campaigns across digital touchpoints, including Klaviyo, Shopify and Zapier to maximise automation and customer journeys.">
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (technology producer, UX design, and social media production) to ensure cohesive, high-performing campaigns.">

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.">
  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar role, preferably within the beauty or hair care industry.">
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Klaviyo.">
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Shopify, and technical tools like Zapier.">
  • Ability to influence creative strategy with a focus on performance media.">
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.">
