Investment Opportunity: Senior Acquisition Specialist

 

A dynamic and engaging opportunity exists for an experienced acquisitions expert to contribute to a high-performing investment agency. As a Senior Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment properties across Australia, developing strong relationships with real estate agents and vendors, and guiding investors through the acquisition process.

You will collaborate with a motivated team utilizing custom-built technology to deliver high-yield, high-growth investment opportunities many of which are off-market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and analyze investment properties in Australia
  • Develop strong relationships with real estate agents and vendors
  • Guide investors through the acquisition process
  • Work collaboratively with a motivated team
  • Utilize custom-built technology to identify investment opportunities

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant experience in property acquisitions or related field
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian real estate market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
