We're seeking an ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to take us through our next growth phase. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead customer acquisition and drive strategic growth in Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute high-performing marketing strategies across digital channels, including Google, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement paid social content efforts that maximize CACs and conversion rates.
  • Establish a continuous test-measure-learn process to optimize paid social content performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insights and maintain regular reporting cadence.
  • Collaborate with the regional product marketing team to scale a highly successful referral program.
  • Build and manage partnerships that support customer acquisition goals.
  • Drive database acquisition strategies for building, growing, and converting new sign-ups and app downloads.
  • Partner with the content and creative team to develop high-performing ads that resonate with target audiences.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition across digital channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis and ability to drive better strategies and inform key decisions.
  • Experience scaling paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Strong partnerships skills with sound unit economics.
  • Value the importance of creative in performance marketing and have worked closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ads.
