About the Role

Become a Credit Card Customer Support Specialist and be the first point of contact for our valued banking customers. You will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service and support, helping to resolve inquiries and issues while contributing to the overall success of our customer-focused team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Offer detailed and accurate information about our credit and debit card services.
  • Efficiently resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Foster a positive team environment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Role Details

  • Position: Full-time/Part-time stable opportunity
  • Salary:$27.17 per hour + Super & regular performance-based incentives
  • Training:2 weeks of classroom training, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Availability:Full time: Monday to Friday on rotating roster from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Saturday availability is 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
  • Part time: Set Roster from Mon- Friday starting at 08:00AM to 02:00PM or 03:00PM. Occasional Saturday's availability

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building positive rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is highly desirable.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
