**About the Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our dedicated credit team in the nrew year located at our Stegbar Helensvale site, supporting our national operations. As a valued member of the team, you'll have a customer-focused approach when performing accounts receivable tasks including managing collections and outstanding debt, you are critical to contributing to optimal cash flow of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- process customer payments from the bank statement daily.
- release orders for both Trade and Cash sale accounts.
- process credit card payments.
- debt collection of both Trade and COD accounts.
- reconciliation of accounts.
- partner with internal stakeholders who will assist you to achieve reconciling the bank statement.
- attend Credit Meetings as required.

**About You**

We are seeking an applicant who has prior experience in an AR role. You'll need to have open and transparent communication, and you need to have the ability and confidence to cultivate positive relationships and the capacity to work well across all stakeholder groups.

In addition:

- out of the box thinking - this role requires problem solving skills
- SAP system experience, highly regarded
- previous experience in the manufacturing or building industry, highly desirable
