Deliver exceptional customer service and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering seamless customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls and assist with a variety of general banking inquiries, including providing account balances, replacing debit and credit cards, updating personal information, resolving issues with online banking, investigating transactions and disputes, managing fraud inquiries, and logging complaints and capturing feedback.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information and follow strict identification protocols.
  • Assist with a variety of general banking inquiries, including:
    • Providing account balances
    • Replacing debit and credit cards
    • Updating personal information
    • Resolving issues with online banking
    • Investigating transactions and disputes
    • Managing fraud inquiries
    • Logging complaints and capturing feedback

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience (highly desirable)
  • A genuine interest in banking or financial services
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
