Investment Opportunity for Experienced Professionals
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Associate to join our team. As an Investment Associate, you will be responsible for working across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution, and portfolio management.
You will gain exposure to a diversified set of strategies across real assets and platforms with direct involvement in live deals and development projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a small, best-in-class Real Estate investments team, led by senior leaders from a tier-one investment background.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2-4 years of experience in tier one investment banking with strong technical skills
- Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
