A leading global real estate investor and developer seeks an investment professional to join their team.
This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to leverage their skills in underwriting, financial analysis, and strategy to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Underwriting real estate investment opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting senior investment team members on transaction analysis and strategy.
- Financial analysis of real estate investments, including cash flow modelling, financing and tax assumptions, IRRs, and sensitivity analysis.
- Analysis and interpretation of real estate, economic, and public company data to conduct valuation and operational benchmarking.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 4 years of experience with proven analytical capability in investments, preferably with an investment banking or real estate fund background.
Additionally, the candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experienced in building financial models, preparing presentations, and undertaking research.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to collaborate with internal and external professionals are essential.
