We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Palliative Care professional to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary palliative care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert clinical care to patients with advanced illnesses, focusing on symptom management and quality of life improvement.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals about palliative care principles and best practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in nursing or related field (Master's or Doctoral level).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in palliative care, preferably in an inpatient or community setting.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practice and research principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
