The role of a Palliative Care Educator involves providing educational leadership and guidance to enable the development of knowledge and skill for all staff and learners. This exciting opportunity will provide education to our team across our palliative care service.
As a Palliative Care Educator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating palliative care learning activities across the palliative care services. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA is required.
- You must also have a minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- A post-graduate Qualification in education or working towards (highly desirable) is preferred.
- Relevant post-registration qualifications and experience in palliative care are essential.
