
Palliative Care Nursing Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our team of experts who provide compassionate care to patients with complex needs.
As a Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. Your leadership skills and clinical expertise will be essential in managing your team effectively, while your compassion and empathy will be critical in providing support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices that improve patient outcomes
- Work closely with our Clinical Nurse Consultancy team to deliver high-quality care
- Provide leadership and guidance to your team
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
Requirements:
- Registered nursing qualification and current registration with AHPRA
- Several years of post-registration experience, including recent nursing management experience
- Demonstrated competencies and skills in palliative care
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Post-graduate studies in management or leadership
