Job Title: Brand Manager

 

Lead the strategic direction of your brand portfolio, driving growth through innovation and impactful media campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage high-impact projects and shape the success of iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term brand strategies to drive growth and market share.
  • Inform marketing plans with market research and consumer insights.
  • Create 3–5 year innovation masterplans by aligning global pipelines with local R&D to unlock category and brand growth.
  • Manage end-to-end innovation and new product development processes in collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain.
  • Plan and deliver impactful ATL and BTL campaigns to maximize brand investment and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Oversee brand P&L and ensure efficient use of marketing budgets.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of brand performance, market trends, and competition to guide prioritization and strategic actions.
Requirements:
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with minimum 2+ years of experience in brand management.
  • Proven track record in driving brand growth through successful product launches and consumer-centric initiatives.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills, with experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
