Job Overview

The Financial Planning Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, performance tracking, audit coordination, and process improvement that impact healthcare outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the monthly managerial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting up to EBITDA level.
  • Prepare and maintain budget vs. actual variance analyses with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, efficient finance processes.
  • Maintain internal finance documentation and continuously improve templates and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and audit deliverables with external consultants and auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with timely resolution of audit queries.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and HR to gather data for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Develop dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to provide real-time insights and support executive presentations.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, external/internal audit, or financial analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Exposure to monthly closings and audit processes.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts); familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • A drive to build robust, scalable processes and contribute beyond the job description.
